Merokok dikatakan sebuah pilihan.

Mari berhenti merokok...

The Natural Medicine Of Humor Helps You With Santa's Identity

Thirty years ago my then nine-year-old son, Greg, asked me an earth-shattering question: "Dad, I want you to tell me the truth," he said. "Is Santa Claus real?"

I told him, without hesitation, that, "Yes, son, Santa Claus is real."

I wasn't The Laugh Doctor yet, but I was already investigating, and experimenting with, humor as a natural medicine. As a psychiatrist, I understood that your thoughts and attitudes create your reality. I intuitively knew that there was more to humor than the research was telling us.

It stood to reason that if you used humor as a natural medicine, you would change your reality as you changed your attitude. After all, life is like a glass of water - you either see it as half-full or half-empty. Either way it's the same glass of water - so, given the choice, why wouldn't you choose to see it as half-full?

And I've since proven, beyond the shadow of any doubt, that you have no better resource than the natural medicine of humor to help you see the glass as half-full today.

My early understanding of the natural medicine of humor helped me explain my answer to Greg. Here's what I told him:

"Yes, Greg, Santa is real.

Santa Claus is magical and he is real, but his magic is a special magic just for children who believe in him. The moment you decide not to believe in him, he is no longer real for you. And your Mom and I will then make your Christmas as special for you as Santa does.

Now, it's okay if you decide not to believe in Santa Claus; I promise you will still have a wonderful Christmas. But it's also okay to believe in Santa and, as long as you decide to do so, he is as real as I am."

To which my daughter, Rebecca, immediately chimed in, "Greg, I know Santa is real. Think about it - he brings us big, expensive presents. Mom and Dad can't afford those presents!"

Those words are still just as true today! Here's to your use of the natural medicine of humor this holiday season!

Wellness with Mattresses?

I found that the right mattress ads a lot of wellness to your life and quality to your sleep.

This material of a tempurpedic is a breakthrough in sleep technology that will change the way you sleep. The original formula for the mattress was developed in the early 70's at the NASA in an effort to relieve astronauts of the incredible g-forces experienced during lift-off. Tempurpedic has used this technology to create Tempurpedic mattresses that automatically react to your body's weight, shape, and temperature to provide unsurpassed comfort and therapeutic support. Billions of viscoelastic memory cells conform exactly to your body, alleviating counter-pressure and promoting deep REM sleep.

How The Natural Medicine Of Humor Can Help You With Employee Recommendations

Ever have to write a letter of recommendation for a fired employee? Or, ever have to make a decision about hiring someone you aren’t sure about? These key phrases may give you a clue about the REAL meanings. You never know when they might come in handy – or serve as fair warning!

Regarding an employee who is chronically absent:

"A man like him is hard to find."

"It seemed her career was just taking off."

For the office drunk:

"I feel his real talent is wasted here."

"We generally found him loaded with work to do."

"Every hour with him was a happy hour."

For an employee with no ambition:

"He could not care less about the number of hours he
had to put in."

"You would indeed be fortunate to get this person to
work for you."

For an employee who is so unproductive that
the job is better left unfilled:

"I can assure you that no one would be better for the job."

For an employee who is not worth further consideration
as a job candidate:

"I would urge you to waste no time in making this candidate
an offer of employment."

"All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this
candidate or recommend him too highly."

For a stupid employee:

"There is really nothing you can teach a man like him."

"I most enthusiastically recommend this candidate with no
qualifications whatsoever."

For a dishonest employee:

"Her true ability was deceiving."

"He's an unbelievable worker."

The Natural Medicine Of Humor Helps With Hair Loss Stress

Are you losing your hair? If so, have you experienced hair loss stress like millions of Americans? Think I don't know about hair loss stress? Check out my photo on my home page.

I started going bald in my mid-twenties...and I was a very vain young man! I had hair loss stress for over a decade and, like many, spent hundreds on ointments, cures, and fixes.

But I never found a magic bullet and neither will you. And as long as you continue to search for one, you'll have no end to your hair loss stress.

Do you need to take the plunge like me and shave your head? Nope. That action was very liberating for me, but you should feel free to pursue whatever appearance makes you the most comfortable.

What I do recommend to alleviate your hair loss stress is to use the natural medicine of humor. How? Read my hair loss stress article for some great ideas on how to do that.

Please let me know what you think!

Obesity Risks

With obesity, comes the increased risk of diseases such as high blood pressure, Type II Diabetes, heart disease, and breast, colon, and prostate cancer. In addition, obesity has been linked to mental health conditions such as depression or feelings of shame and low self-esteem.

Health experts say that even losing 10 to 15 percent of your body weight can dramatically decrease the risk of developing these serious conditions. In addition, many obese people are discriminated against and targets of insults and other verbal abuse.

A number of factors, such as poor diet, lack of physical activity, genetics, and certain medical disorders, cause obesity, but it can be conquered. This information is not presented by a medical practitioner and is for educational and informational purposes only.

The Natural Medicine Of Humor Teaches You To "Smile When You Say That"

One of my favorite Gary Cooper movies is "The Virginian", because of one particular scene. A man makes an insulting remark. Cooper turns toward the perpetrator, gives him a withering stare, and calmly says, "If you want to call me that, smile."

Good advice for us all.

What a great habit to cultivate. By smiling when you speak, you encourage others to be more receptive to whatever you have to say.

Try it right now. Go to a mirror. Look deeply into your own eyes (aren't they lovely?). Say out loud, "I love you and I have voice immodulation disorder!"

Notice how the smile softens the impact of the words and adds a forgiving element? You may actually think negative things when you see yourself in the mirror sometimes. But I'll bet, delivered with a smile, those negatives are more difficult to take seriously!

So, the assignment is to practice saying everything with a smile, as though you were talking to Gary Cooper. Whenever you start to speak, remember to turn up the corners of your mouth before saying the first word.

Pada sistem operasi lainnya, misalnya GNU/ Linux distro Ubuntu, sistem operasi ini gratis..."Ubuntu will always be free of charge..." bahkan kita bisa minta dikirim gratis (ongkos kirim saja).

Dapet dimana programnya?" Atau: "S3 anda dulu ngetik ama presentasinya pake program/sistem operasi apa?"

Kalau kita ingin karya kita dihargai..maka hargailah hasil karya orang lain..
