Sexual disorders and problems

Sexual health is becoming more of a focus in the US, since sexual satisfaction is no longer such a taboo subject that it cannot be openly discussed and debated. Sexual health is actually defined as a compilation of the many factors that impact human sexual functions and reproduction.
Men and women alike are effected by sexual dysfunction. Although male sexual dysfunction is addressed more frequently than female sexual disorders, women are impacted just as much, if not more, than men are in this arena.

Premature ejaculation
The most common sexual dysfunction in men younger than 40 years is premature ejaculation (PE). Premature ejaculation is mostly defined as a condition when the occurrence of ejaculation is prior to the wishes of both sexual partners. This refers to ejaculation that occurs before or soon after penetration.

Lack of attraction for a partner, past traumatic events and psychological factors, including a strict religious background that causes the person to view sex as sinful can also be the cause of premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is the most common form of sexual dysfunction in men.

Sexual dysfunction in men could be as follows.

• Failure to maintain erection for complete sex satisfaction. Earlier it was known as impotence but it is no longer used.

• Premature ejaculation is another sexual disorder prevalent among men.

• They experience is dry orgasm

• Loss of desire for sex.

Sexual Health
Sexual Health affects all areas of your life, from your career, to your relationship, to your family. When you think about it, all life starts with sex. Every woman and man on the planet was brought into the world by a woman, through sex. Though our media is fascinated with sexual entertainment, thoughtful or practical discussions of real life sexual health and happiness, especially regarding women, are avoided.

An unhealthy sex life inhibits the development of relationships, most important one being the relationship you have with yourself. Neglecting your sexual being can be destructive to your self esteem.
